Certified Mold & Air Quality Testing – Starting at $399 – Same-Day Available

Companies that advertise free mold inspections do not take samples for lab analysis, and will not provide an objective assessment because they are in the business of mold remediation. Their free mold inspection is only a visual inspection, and is an opportunity for them to sell you a mold remediation service that could cost thousands, and may not be necessary. We always take samples for lab analysis and give you an unbiased assessment of what services are actually necessary for your home or business.

A mold inspection typically includes a detailed visual assessment, targeted moisture checks, and always includes sample collection for lab verification. The goal is to identify the source of concern and provide precise findings based on the inspection and laboratory results.

You do not need to stay for the full inspection, but we recommend being available at the start if possible. That allows us to review concerns, access points, and any recent water intrusion or odor issues. We can also coordinate access in advance if needed.

Please make the affected areas accessible before the appointment. Try to clear access to attics, crawl spaces, under sinks, around HVAC equipment, and any areas with visible staining or moisture concerns. If you have prior water damage records or maintenance notes, have them ready. We will handle the inspection methodically once we arrive.

Yes. We offer air quality testing as part of a complete indoor mold assessment. This can help identify airborne mold spores and other concerns that may not be visible during a surface inspection. Results are lab-verified and used to provide clear, data-backed findings.

You receive your results after the inspection and lab review are complete. Turnaround is 3-4 business days with standard lead time, and 1-2 business days with expedited service.

Pricing depends on the size of the property, the scope of the inspection, and whether air or lab sampling is needed. We provide straightforward pricing based on the work required. Contact us for a quote tailored to your property.

No. We focus on independent inspections and lab testing, not remediation. That keeps our findings objective and helps you get a clear picture of the condition of the property before you decide on next steps.

If mold is identified, you receive a clear explanation of what was found, where it was found, and what it may mean for your property. You can then use that information to decide on next steps with a qualified remediation professional.
